●JAPANESE MUSTARD SPINACH
WITH MUSTARD
-----Komatsuna no Karashi ae

<Ingredients(for four)>
300g Japanese mustard spinach
1 fried bean curd
*can be replaced by broiled fish paste
Soy sauce with mustard dressing
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
2 teaspoons mustard paste
1)Boil the Japanese mustard spinach and cut them up
into bite size lenghts.
Squeeze out the water. Brown the fried bean curd and
cut into rectangular
strips.
2)Mix the soy sacue, mirin and mustard paste to make
a dressing and toss
them toegether with musard spinach and the fried bean
curd.
